  3. Publication of First Issue: For daily or weekly publications, the first issue should be published within 42 days of declaration authentication. For fortnightly or higher periodicity, it extends to 90 days.
  4. Submission to RNI: Submit all required documents and first issue copy to RNI.
  5. RNI Certificate Issuance: Upon successful review, RNI will issue the registration certificate.
