- Company’s PAN and Aadhaar of authorized signatory

- Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO)
- Details of plastic usage, type and quantity
- Layout plan of production/recycling unit
- Copy of EPR plan (for PIBOs)
- Agreement with authorized recyclers (if applicable)
Steps
